Abashakashatsi bavuga ko ubwonko bw’abaryama batinze n’ababyuka kare budakora kimwe

Abashakashatsi bo mu Bwongereza bavuga ko ubwonko bw’abantu babyuka batinze cyangwa baryamira n’ubw’ababyuka bazindutse, bukora mu buryo butandukanye mu gihe cy’amasaha y’akazi y’umunsi.

Abashakashatsi bavuga ko bagenzuye ubwonko bw’abaryama batinze baryama ku isaha ya saa munani n’iminota 30 z’ijoro hanyuma bakabyuka saa yine n’iminota 15 z’amanywa, babagereranya n’ababyuka bazindutse.

Ibipimo byabo - byafashwe hagati ya saa mbiri za mu gitondo na saa mbiri z’ijoro - bigaragaza ko ubwonko bw’abaryama batinze bukora gacye mu bice byabwo bituma umuntu aba maso, ugereranyije n’ubw’ababyuka bazindutse.
Aba bashakashatsi bavuga ko abaryama batinze - bakanaryamira - banakurikira gacyeya, ntibabanguke mu byo bakora kandi bakarushaho kugira ibitotsi.

Abashakashatsi bavuze ko abaryama batinze bahura n’"ingorane" z’uko umunsi w’akazi uteye.

Aba bashakashatsi basabye ko hakorwa ubundi bushakashatsi mu kumenya impamvu zishingiye ku buzima zuko abaryama batinze bitwara ku ngengabihe y’akazi cyangwa iyo ku shuri, muri kamere yabo baba badahuza nayo.

Dr Elise Facer-Childs yayoboye itsinda ry’abakoze ubu bushakashatsi, akaba akora mu kigo cyiga ku buzima bwo mu bwonko bw’umuntu cyo kuri Kaminuza ya Birmingham mu Bowngereza.

Yavuze ko ibyavuye muri ubu bushakashatsi "bishobora kuba ku ruhande rumwe byaratewe nuko abaryama batinze bakunze guhora babonwa nkaho ari ikibazo mu buzima bwabo bwose".

Dr Facer-Childs yongeyeho ati: "Abaryama batinze iyo biga baba bagomba kubyuka mbere, nuko bajya gukora bakaza kugomba kubyuka hakiri kare, rero bahora bari ku rugamba rwo guhangana n’amahitamo yabo ndetse nuko bavutse".

Dr Facer-Childs avuga ko "bicyenewe cyane" kumva neza uburyo bwo guhuza n’igihe cyo ku ishuri no ku kazi kitanogeye abantu, gishobora kugira ingaruka ku buzima no ku musaruro.

Aba bashakashatsi bavuga ko hagati ya 40% na 50% by’abatuye isi, bavuga ko bakunda kuryama batinze hanyuma bakabyuka nyuma ya saa mbiri n’iminota 20 za mu gitondo.

Dr Facer-Childs yongeyeho ati:

"Umunsi usanzwe w’akazi ushobora gutangira saa tatu za mu gitondo ukageza saa kumi n’imwe za nimugoroba, ariko ku muntu uryama bitinze ibi bishobora kugabanya umusaruro we mu gitondo, ibice by’ubwonko bituma aba maso bigakora ku kigero cyo hasi, kandi akagira ibitotsi ku manywa".

Yavuze ko habayeho ubworoherane mu buryo abatuye isi bakoresha igihe, "dushobora gutera intambwe ndende mu kugera ku musaruro mwinshi ushoboka no kugabanya ku kigero cyo hasi gishoboka ibyago bishingiye ku buzima".

Dr Facer-Childs yashimangiye ko iki kinyuranyo cy’imikorere y’ubwonko ku basinzira batinze n’ababyuka bazindutse, kitavuze ko ubwonko bw’aba bombi hari ikibazo bufite, kandi ko bishoboka ko byahindurwa.

’Hacyenewe ubundi bushakashatsi’

Hari ibyo ubu bushakashatsi butasuzumye.

Nk’imikorere y’ubwonko bw’ibyo byiciro byombi uko umunsi ugenda ukura. Kandi birashoboka ko hari ibindi bintu bitazirikanwe muri ubu bushakashatsi - nk’uburyo bw’imibereho - bishobora kuba byari kugira icyo bihindura ku byabuvuyemo.

Abakoze ubu bushakashatsi basabye ko hakorwa ubundi bushakashatsi bwasuzuma niba ibindi bice by’ubwonko nabyo byaba bigirwaho ingaruka no kuba umuntu aryama atinze cyangwa abyuka azindutse.
